St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic School’s Extended Day program provides high quality childcare in a loving, safe, Christian environment. The school offers Extended Day when school is in session for students age four and older who are currently enrolled in PK4 through Eighth Grade.
The Director, an experienced educator, supervises the operation of the program. A dedicated and devoted staff provides Extended Day services. Students participate in a variety of activities, including outdoor and indoor games, snack time, arts and crafts, needlepoint, quiet time for homework, reading, movies, saint and holiday celebrations, and prayer.
Where and When?
Extended Day is located in St. Andrew School’s Parish Hall.
Morning care ends on the last day of school.
The program begins in the afternoon of the first day of the school year and ends the day prior to the last day of school.
Extended Day operates on all scheduled school days, with some exceptions. The afternoon program begins when school dismisses, and it closes promptly at 6:00 p.m.
Hours
Before School Hours: 7:00 a.m. to the morning bell (7:45 a.m.)
After School Hours: 3:20 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Extended Day Program will accommodate students on Noon and Early Dismissal days until 6:00 p.m.

Contacting Extended Day during school hours: Parent communications pertaining to children’s daily participation in the Extended Day Program should be directed to your child's homeroom teacher(s) and the school office to ensure that the child receives parent messages.
