On Thursday, May 24, 2018 St. Andrew the Apostle School will be participating in our 11th annual Race for Education. This is an enjoyable event that takes place during the school day, as well as a successful fundraiser at our school. In past years the Race for Education has generated up to $11,000-$16,000! We are hoping for another successful event which will help us raise funds that may be applied to the Robotics Program, technology updates, student activities, and classrooms including field trips (i.e.: Band Musical Performance-Adjudication and Choir Performance-Evaluation). Students may walk or jog around a 1/4 mile area as many times as they are able in one hour's time (one half hour for PK). Students have the opportunity to compete for a number of prizes and awards based on their participation in the Race for Education.
